Daitou Shingu specializes in sleepwear and bedding and has been producing gauze textiles in Kyoto since 1925. Multi-layer gauze construction increases in softness and absorbency with each wash, while the open weave allows for faster drying than conventional terry cloth. The 5-layer structure provides more loft and warmth than single or double gauze.
