Buddhist prayer bracelets handcrafted in Kyoto, Japan. Kobori Bugutsu, a 14th generation family business established in 1775, previously worked on the restoration of the Imperial Palace in Tokyo. Yasuda Nenju Ten, established in 1683, is among Japan's most respected Buddhist nenju makers. Each bracelet is composed of 108 beads, corresponding to the 108 worldly desires in Buddhist tradition.
