AtelierOM — Handmade Textiles from India

Founded by Ondi McMaster, AtelierOM produces handmade textiles, apparel and quilts in collaboration with artisan communities in India, using traditional techniques.

Ondi works with skilled artisans and craft communities in Karnataka, including Shardha and Sushmita. These relationships bring together traditional Indian textile techniques and Ondi's approach to contemporary design, with different artisans contributing according to each project.

Working with established craft organizations and artisan families, AtelierOM places particular importance on responsible production, natural materials and preserving handmade techniques. The slight variations in color, texture and finish are part of the character of each piece.

At Bee, Bark & Moss, we carry a selection of AtelierOM textiles, apparel and quilts. We also work with their fabrics in our own atelier, making custom cushions, window seating and other soft furnishings.
